Guests must arrive 20 min before departure (briefing and preparation).
In case of late arrival, if possible, it can be rescheduled for another time slot (does not refer to July and August).
Instructors are trained in sea rescue and first aid.
Children aged 4 and older are allowed to kayak when accompanied by an adult.
The experience is partially accessible to people with disabilities; advance notice is important.
The experience is also suitable for older people: age is not important, physical fitness and individual health are.
Pets are welcome on this experience, but some restrictions may apply.
Prepare a printed or electronic version of the voucher to present to the experience organiser upon request.
