The gathering spot for this biking adventure is the small town of Žminj at the heart of Istria. After a brief tour of the old town, whose fortifications have been partly preserved to this day, forest paths will take us to the nearby cave kingdom of Feštinsko kraljevstvo, which we shall enter with a guide. We continue our trip riding through the quaint villages of Žminj area all the way to Orbanić. There, at a family factory, we will try some traditional cheeses during a 45-minute presentation, followed by return to Žminj.
