Before using the park, all users are introduced to the Park Rules and agree to the Terms by signing, or in the case of minors, by their guardian’s signature.

During December 2025, the park is open until December 21.
The 2026 season begins on March 1, with the possibility of organized visits in February upon prior arrangement.

Cancellation terms
- More than 24 hours before the booked appointment, no fee is charged.
- Between 24 to 12 hours before the booked appointment 50 % of the total amount is charged.
- Within 12 hours before the booked appointment 100 % of the total amount is charged.
- In case of no show, 100 % of the entire amount will be charged.
