Visit the Chiavalon family estate in Vodnjan and discover Istria through one of its most prized products: extra virgin olive oil. Walk through the story of the farm, learn how premium olive oil is produced and find out how to recognise quality by aroma, taste and freshness. The tasting is paired with Istrian cheeses, homemade charcuterie and a glass of Malvasia, bringing together the flavours that define this part of Istria. It’s a simple but rich local experience for anyone who wants to understand what they are tasting, not just try it.

  • Between 12 to 24 hours before the booked appointment 50 % of the total amount is charged.
  • Within 12 hours before the booked appointment 100 % of the total amount is charged.
  • In case of no show, 100 % of the entire amount will be charged.
