For every parent renting equipment, their child aged 3–10 get their equipment free of charge.
Under-15 children do not pay for helmets.
It is necessary to try on the equipment before renting.
The equipment ordered can be tried on in Freundhaus by showing the voucher.
The voucher will be sent to your e-mail address. You can also view it and print it out from your Valamar Experience Concierge portal profile.
Show the voucher before the start of the experience.
You can show either the printed or electronic voucher.
