- Equipment must be tried on before collection to ensure the correct fit.
- Reserved equipment can be fitted and collected at FREUDENHAUS Rent upon presentation of the voucher.
- An upgrade to a higher equipment category is available in store for an additional charge.
- When one adult aged 17 or over rents skiing or snowboard equipment, accompanying children up to 10.99 years receive Silver equipment free of charge.
