Step into an old olive grove near Kaštelir, where the same family has cultivated the land and produced olive oil for four generations. Guided by your hosts, learn how to taste extra virgin olive oil properly as local varieties such as Bianchera, Buža and Leccino reveal their distinctive aromas and flavours. Choose a focused tasting or linger longer over Istrian wines, homemade bread and local specialities, depending on the option selected. Surrounded by olive trees and family stories, you will discover how much history, knowledge and character can be held in a single drop.

  • Between 24 to 12 hours before the booked appointment 50 % of the total amount is charged.
  • Within 12 hours before the booked appointment 100 % of the total amount is charged.
  • In case of no show, 100 % of the entire amount will be charged.
