Pakleni islands
It is a real sin to come to Hvar and not to visit the Pakleni islands! About twenty magical islands, islets and rocks anchored off the southwest coast of the island of Hvar offer an exotic corner for every traveller – from bars for crazy nightlife and adrenaline sports to famous and lesser-known gourmet oases and wild secluded spots. Divers say the underwater world around the Pakleni islands is one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean.

• You can reach the Pakleni islands by speedboat from Stari Grad or by taxi boat from the town of Hvar
• The archipelago is about 10 km long and consists of about twenty smaller and larger wooded islands and rocks that are a protected natural monument.
• Palmižana, with an ACI marina and several restaurants, is an excellent starting point for exploring the archipelago
• The most beautiful turquoise bays for swimming: Mlini, Taršće, Palmižana and St. Clement
• CNN once ranked the beach on St. Jerolim Island among the top 15 nudist beaches in the world
