Step into Motovun and you’ll be welcomed the Istrian way - with rakija and warm fritule (doughnuts) to start things off. Once you’ve warmed up, it’s time to roll up your sleeves at a homemade pasta workshop led by an experienced local host. You’ll learn how to knead and shape the dough properly, then enjoy the best part: pairing your handmade pasta with truffle spread and a glass of Malvasia. Pay close attention - this is a skill you’ll want to bring back home.
