Discover how deeply olive oil is woven into Istria’s story at the Chiavalon family estate in Vodnjan. Walk among the olive trees, visit the mill and learn how the family produces its extra virgin olive oil. A guided tasting will help you recognise the aromas and flavours that set premium oils apart. Then comes a surprising twist: mix three cocktails using Chiavalon olive oil and spirits from local distilleries, with a selection of nibbles to enjoy alongside them. You’ll leave with a branded shaker and a new way to savour Istria’s liquid gold.
