Grab the steering wheel tightly and ride a quad or buggy on Istrian paths, through hills, olive groves and vineyards. While taking a break from the thrilling trails, explore the flavours of Istria on the doorstep of local producers – olive oil, cheese, truffles and other delicacies. Riding, nature and the flavours of Istria meld into a unique perspective of Istria, imbued with the scent of the soil and the taste of tradition.

10:30–14:30 – Guided off-roading on quads or buggies in the Istrian hinterland with stops at three tasting venues
Tasting venues include local producers:
– cheese and dairy products
– charcuterie
– olive oil
– truffles (subject to season and availability)

14:30 – Departure for accommodation
15:30 – Arrival at accommodation
