09:00 – Departure from your accommodation
10:00 – Arrival at the starting location
10:30–14:30 – Guided off-roading on quads or buggies in the Istrian hinterland with stops at three tasting venues
Tasting venues include local producers:
– cheese and dairy products
– charcuterie
– olive oil
– truffles (subject to season and availability)

14:30 – Departure for accommodation
15:30 – Arrival at accommodation
