Flights are scheduled at sunrise or sundown and the exact times are subject to the season.
In case of online booking, a member of the Valamar Experience Concierge team will contact you to arrange all the details and confirm the time slot.
In the event of adverse weather conditions or unavailability, you will be offered a new time slot.

More details
- Balloons for 6 or 12 people.
- The minimum age for children is 6 years.
- The booking must be confirmed a day or two in advance and a launch site must be agreed upon.
- This experience requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum is not reached, the experience may be cancelled and you will be offered another date or a full refund.
What happens after I get the voucher
The voucher will be sent to your email address. You can also review and print it from your profile page on the Experience Concierge portal.

Cancellation terms
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no fee is charged.
- From 12 to 24 hours before the start of the service, 25% of the service value is charged.
- Within 12 hours before the start of the service, 50% of the service value is charged.
- In case of a no-show, 100% of the total amount is charged.
