- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the start of the experience is eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made 12 – 24 hours before the start of the experience will be charged 50% of the service price.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours before the start of the experience will be charged 100% of the service price.
- In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
