Step inside the world of Istrian truffles with a visit to Croatia’s first dedicated truffle museum. Guided by a family known for harvesting these delicacies, discover what makes local truffles so valuable and how they travel from the forest to the table. Watch your hosts prepare pasta with fresh truffles, then enjoy the finished dish alongside local wine in the peaceful village of Paladini. More than a museum visit, it is an opportunity to hear the stories, meet the people and taste the traditions behind one of Istria’s most celebrated ingredients.
