For the “Dolphin watching” tour, the departure time varies depending on the time of year. From 1 June onwards, departure is at 17:30.
Submarine departure times:
10:30–11:30

- The booking is made for a specific day, and the exact departure time must be arranged via info@valamar-experience.com. Guests are required to confirm their selected time slot at least 24 hours before departure.
- It is necessary to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
- Access to the boat deck is available for persons with disabilities.
- In case of strong wind and rough sea, the experience will be postponed until weather conditions improve.
- For the "Panoramic ride" tour, a minimum of 8 participants is required. If the minimum is not met, the experience may be cancelled, and you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
What happens after I get the voucher
The voucher will be sent to your email address. You can also review and print it from your profile page on the Experience Concierge portal.
Please present the voucher before the start of the experience.

Cancellation terms
- More than 24 hours before the booked appointment, no fee is charged.
- Between 24 to 12 hours before the booked appointment 50 % of the total amount is charged.
- Within 12 hours before the booked appointment 100 % of the total amount is charged.
- In case of no show, 100 % of the entire amount will be charged.
