Spend the day in inland Istria through three flavours that define the region: truffles, olive oil and wine. The experience begins around Buzet, known as the town of truffles, where you join a truffle hunt and taste local truffle-based products after the search. Depending on the option booked, the day continues towards olive groves, vineyards and a wine cellar, bringing together the ingredients that shape Istria’s gourmet identity.
