16:10 - 16:20 - Ride through Stari Grad Plain, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the foundations of Western civilisation
16:20 - 16:30 - Ride to the lavender fields, history and influence on the island’s development
16:30 - 16:45 - Visit to the lavender farm, stories of growing, harvesting and processing lavender, photo locations in the purple field
16:45 - 16:55 - Ride through picturesque villages, Za Križen (Following the Cross) religious procession, inscribed in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List
16:55 - 17:25 - Wine tasting at Pavičić Winery (Bogdanuša, Opolo, Plavac Mali) with stories of local winemakers
