Taste Rab through one of its oldest Mediterranean traditions on a guided olive grove visit and olive oil tasting. Surrounded by olive trees, you’ll learn how the fruit is grown, harvested and turned into oil, then discover what makes each flavour different during a relaxed tasting. Local pairings such as prosciutto, cheese, tomato and pepper bring out the character of the oil, while wine and liqueur add a simple island finish. Small, local and rooted in tradition, this experience is a lovely way to experience Rab beyond the beach.
