Join us on the tour of the Chiavalon family farm. Following a welcome drink you will hear the family’s story, learn more about the extra virgin olive oil production process and sample premium oils. This tasting also includes a selection of Istrian cheeses, homemade charcuterie and the must-try Istrian Malvasia. Cap off the experience by enjoying a surprise seasonal dessert with a sweet wine — flavours of Istrian in all their glory.

  • More than 24 hours before the booked appointment, no fee is charged.
  • Between 24 to 12 hours before the booked appointment 50 % of the total amount is charged.
  • Within 12 hours before the booked appointment 100 % of the total amount is charged.
  • In case of no show, 100 % of the entire amount will be charged.
