You will have the opportunity to hear the story of the Chiavalon family, taste Chiavalon top quality olive oil and learn about the production of extra virgin olive oil. There, you will also be able to enjoy a selection of Istrian cheeses, homemade cold meat cuts and the inevitable Istrian Malvasia. Join us and enjoy authentic Istrian products!

Itinerary
Educational story about the history of olive cultivation and the phases of olive oil production today.
Guided tasting of extra virgin olive oil in our distinctive tasting room.
Tasting of homemade cured meats, various types of cheese from a local producer, and authentic Istrian wine Malvazija, as well as Chiavalon products from their own cultivation and production.

Reservation is required prior to arrival.
Pets are welcome on this experience, though some restrictions may apply.
Minors are welcome with parental supervision, but according to Croatian Hospitality Law, alcohol cannot be served to minors.

- More than 24 hours before the booked appointment, no fee is charged.
- Between 24 to 12 hours before the booked appointment 50 % of the total amount is charged.
- Within 12 hours before the booked appointment 100 % of the total amount is charged.
- In case of no show, 100 % of the entire amount will be charged.
