Would you like to learn how to identify genuine extra virgin olive oil on the market and taste the unforgettable aromas of the Istrian region? We will take you on a tour of the Chiavalon family farm, where you will hear their story, try premium olive oil, and learn all about the production of extra virgin olive oil. While there, you can also savour a selection of Istrian cheeses, homemade charcuterie and the must-try Istrian Malvasia. Join us an enjoy authentic Istrian products!

Itinerary

Tasting duration: 60–90 minutes
Guided tour of the estate and olive mill with a short walk through the olive grove

Guided tasting and light meal

  • More than 24 hours before the booked appointment, no fee is charged.
  • Between 24 to 12 hours before the booked appointment 50 % of the total amount is charged.
  • Within 12 hours before the booked appointment 100 % of the total amount is charged.
  • In case of no show, 100 % of the entire amount will be charged.
