Experience inland Istria through three of its most distinctive flavours: truffles, wine and honey. This gourmet route brings together the earthy character of truffles, the elegance of Istrian wines and the quieter craft of local honey production, creating a fuller picture of the region beyond the coast. Instead of focusing on one tasting only, the experience connects forest, vineyards, beekeeping and hilltop scenery in one carefully planned day. With local producers, a wine cellar visit and time in Grožnjan, it is a rich introduction to the flavours and landscapes that make inland Istria feel so different.

Suggested itinerary:
09:30–10:00 – Planned departure
Arrival at the location and truffle-hunting demonstration (approx. 45 minutes)
Tasting of truffle-based tapas in a local restaurant
Visit to a winery, cellar tour and tasting of 4 to 5 wines
Visit to a beekeeper with a guided presentation of honey production
Departure to Grožnjan and sightseeing tour of the town
