The town of Livade and Motovun Forest are renowned for their magnificent environment and pristine nature. However, their biggest secret and blessing are truffles - a unique delicacy that is celebrated all over the world. Let's go hunting today led by the professional truffle hunters from the Zigante family - a surname that is a synonym for quality and tradition in culinary circles. We're all set to go on yet another educational and entertaining walk - all that is missing is you!

The guests meet in front of Zigante restaurant, where they will meet with a representative from the company. After this, they will go truffle hunting at a location near the restaurant itself, in a village located about 1 km away from Livade (Motovun Forest). Next is a short story on truffles and truffle hunting in Istria, after which the truffle hunt begins (in the company of a licenced truffle hunter and his dogs).

In case of inclement weather, the demonstration will be postponed.
Bring appropriate clothing and footwear, and other necessities such as mosquito repellent (since we will be visiting forest and village localities).

For this experience, you can show either the printed or electronic voucher.
In case of booking cancellation:
- more than 24 hours before the booked date, no fee is charged.
- between 24 to 12 hours before the booked date 50% of the total amount is charged.
- within 12 hours before the booked date 100% of the total amount is charged.
- in case of no show, 100% of the entire amount will be charged.
