Histria Aromatica is a unique property located amid the aromatic park near Bale. While being enveloped by herbal scents, you will be making, perhaps even for the first time, focaccia, Istrian stew and homemade pasta. You will also knead crumbly cookies, while fine wine will make the cooking even merrier. Dive into a world of scents and local Istrian flavours, surrounded by plantations and breathtaking vistas!

Itinerary
09:45 – 10:00 – Arrival at the location, parking outside the property, stroll (cca. 10 minutes) to the restaurant
10:00 – 12:00 – Participation in the culinary workshop and food preparation
12:00 – 13:00 – Tasting of the prepared dishes in a pleasant atmosphere

Cancellation terms
In case of booking cancellation:
- more than 24 hours before the booked date, no fee is charged
- between 24 to 12 hours before the booked date 50% of the total amount is charged
- within 12 hours before the booked date 100% of the total amount is charged
- in case of no show, 100% of the entire amount will be charged
