If the thought of blending the flavours of Istria with four dirt wheels never crossed your mind — it won’t take us long to convince you that this combination is perfect. This tour includes laid-back mingling and a shot of adrenaline as you take a ride in an off-road vehicle through the most amazing Istrian landscapes. In between rides you can savour meat delicacies, cheeses, “rakija” (fruit brandy) and wines produced at family farms. Good company, the dust beneath the wheels, a glass of wine… simply hedonistria!

Off-roading in the Istrian hinterland
A tour of several family farms with tastings at various points:
Franjul family farm – homemade sausages (4 types), red and white wine, homemade rakija
Sylvis winery – tasting of 5 wine varieties
Latus – tasting of Istrian cheeses and dairy products (yoghurt, 4 cheese varieties, cottage cheese)
Frane family farm – tasting of 5 homemade “rakija” varieties
(* In the event of unavailability of certain locations, tastings may be held at the farms of other local producers)
