We're taking you on a tour of Chiavalon Family Fram, one of the world's best olive oil producers, the most awarded Croatian olive oil producer in the world and the winner of the olive oil Oscar Il Premio Magnifico 2022 and the prestigious Best Oil Hospitality Awards 2024! With a welcome drink, you will have the opportunity to hear the story of the Chiavalon family, taste Chiavalon top quality olive oil and learn everything about the production of extra virgin olive oil. There, you will also be able to enjoy a selection of Istrian cheeses, homemade cold meat cuts and the inevitable Istrian Malvasia. At the end, you will enjoy a surprise seasonal dessert with sweet wine. Join us and enjoy authentic Istrian products!

Guided tasting of extra virgin olive oil in our distinctive tasting room.
Tasting of homemade cured meats, various types of cheese from a local producer, and authentic Istrian wine Malvazija, as well as Chiavalon products from their own cultivation and production.

- between 24 to 12 hours before the booked appointment 50% of the total amount is charged.
- within 12 hours before the booked appointment 100% of the total amount is charged.
- in case of no show, 100% of the entire amount will be charged.
