The Ipša boutique winery and oil mill is located beneath Oprtlje, overlooking Motovun, and it offers superior macerated wines and award-winning extra virgin olive oil. You can choose between two tasting packages - Selection and Expert - both of which include professional guidance and samples of local cuisine. The Ipša estate is truly a world of its own, where people live and create in harmony with nature. Visit it and participate in the magic!

The host family's story and their approach to production.
Tasting of 2 extra virgin olive oils.
Tasting of 2 selected vintages produced in Ipša.
Along with the wine and the oils, a selection of cheeses made by local artisans, homemade bread*, and bruschetta are served.

Tasting package EXPERT
Tour of the family estate and oil mill, a visit to the olive grove.
Professionally conducted tasting of 3 superior extra virgin olive oils.
Tasting of 3 selected vintages produced in Ipša.
Along with the wines and oils, samples of Istrian cuisine (finger food), cold cuts (prosciutto, sausages, or bresaola) made by local artisans, bruschetta, several types of cheeses, and homemade bread* are served.

- Within 12 hours before the booked date 50% of the total amount is charged
- Between 24 to 12 hours before the booked date 30% of the total amount is charged
- More than 24 hours before the booked date no fee is charged
- In case of no show 100% of the entire amount will be charged
