The Ipša boutique winery and oil mill is located beneath Oprtlje, overlooking Motovun, and it offers superior macerated wines and award-winning extra virgin olive oil. You can choose between two tasting packages - Selection and Expert - both of which include professional guidance and samples of local cuisine. The Ipša estate is truly a world of its own, where people live and create in harmony with nature. Visit it and participate in the magic!

“Selection” option
Tasting duration: 40–60 minutes
Presentation of the host family’s story and their approach to production
Guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils and wines, with a platter of local finger food
“Expert” option
Tasting duration: 60–90 minutes
Tour of the family estate and oil mill and a visit to the olive grove
